Since 2002, our Managing Partner, Reyes C. Estebaranz, has represented INTA (International Trademark Association) and other users associations in several Liaison Meetings of EUIPO and the EU National IP Offices. These periodic meetings analyze legislation issues and new case-law, harmonizing trademarks and designs protection within EU.
